Based on the brief, our in-house design team develops initial concepts. This might include trend directions, material recommendations, or specific style proposals built around your aesthetic. You review, respond, and we refine. The goal at this stage is to land on a direction both sides are confident in before any investment in sampling is made.

Once the design direction is approved, we move into CAD development and physical sampling. CAD gives you a 3D visualisation of each piece before production begins, reducing the risk of surprises in the physical sample. Samples are reviewed, refined if needed, and approved before production is confirmed.

Our development approach combines technical excellence with strategic thinking, building robust digital solutions that are scalable, performant, and aligned with your business objectives.

With samples approved and an order confirmed, production begins. You have a dedicated point of contact throughout. We provide regular progress updates and flag anything that needs your attention as soon as we know about it. Standard production lead time is four to eight weeks after sample approval, depending on complexity and volume
